Getting pregnant
Jessica was also influenced by moving into this house. She wanted to be pregnant as soon as she could because her desire to have children with Steven here was so strong.
Steven was needed for this. She didn’t need him for very long, as they only had to wait 2 months until the first pregnancy test was positive! The couple felt as if fortune was on their side.
Jessica was naive in her thinking.
Sick and weak
Jessica’s pregnancy became increasingly difficult as the months went by. Jessica was frequently sick and weak, and needed help with simple daily tasks.
Steven was the only one nearby who could help her with these tasks. Steven did try to follow his wife’s instructions, but only up to a certain extent.
