Helping the Puppies
Macy’s only desire was to help these puppies. When she was 18, Macy moved to Boston and applied for a stray-dog rescue center. She was hired almost instantly because the station had a shortage of staff. Macy was optimistic and determined.

Macy, who was in her second-week, met Bella the golden retriever. They discussed how to deal with her. Macy intervened when the euthanasia option was brought up. She could not stand by as a pregnant dog was euthanized out of convenience.
