Working with Rookies
Sebastian is no longer a street policeman. He now works at a desk. He enjoys doing paperwork. He enjoyed taking rookies on rides to show them the ropes.
He had gotten to meet most of them along the route the rookies took. Some of them would become very special to him.
Local People
Some people would acknowledge that they had seen him, while others would speak with him. Many of them were nice shop owners, and farther down the route, they were homeowners.
The police were a welcome sight and made the people feel safer, especially when friendly Sebastian was on the route.
