Both heroes and villains are needed. Pixar’s ability to create villains who are grounded and more realistic than Disney’s is something they have proven over the years. They may not be powerful, but these characters are intelligent.
Here are eight of the smartest Pixar villains.
1. Stinky Pete and Toy Story 2 ).
Everyone knows that manipulative individuals are the worst. Especially those who behave like Stinky Pete. As his plan begins to fail, he pretends to be a loving grandparent. It’s difficult not to feel sorry for him because he wasn’t always like this.
2. Hopper (A Bug-s Life)
Hopper may be portrayed initially as a bully, but he is actually a clever insect. He is large and powerful compared to the ants, but he has the intelligence to make them afraid. Hopper is a perfect combination of brawn and brains, even though he’s a tiny scale.
3. Lotso (Toy Story 3 ),
Lotso the Bear has been compared to The Governor from The Walking Dead since his debut. It is easy to see why. Both shelter newcomers, only to reveal they are evil and sadistic freaks. They want you to be locked up in Sunshine Kindergarten, a prison made of old toys. Lotso was dangerous, and his demise should have been expected.
