Charlotte gets emotional
She was emotional and her eyes filled with tears as she read the letter. Charlotte asked the security guards and bank staff to allow her time alone so she could finish reading the letter.
She continued to read the letter, and began thinking of all the wonderful moments they shared together. She also thought about her husband’s struggles and efforts to keep the location a secret. She thought back to an incident in the past when she and her husband fought over money. This money would have been able to solve all of their problems.
