Making the Wrong Decision
Dave continued to go until he stopped completely. He didn’t know where he was. The battery of his phone was about to run out. He had to hurry up or he would get lost in the sewers. He made a crucial mistake. He hadn’t brought any supplies or a flashlight. He was totally unprepared for the exploration. Dave felt regret wash over his body. He was so eager to explore sewers that he hadn’t taken the time for preparation. He hadn’t even thought of bringing a map or compasses.

He was in complete darkness, both literally as well as figuratively. He didn’t know how to get out. He was all alone, and there was no one he could turn to for assistance. He felt stupid for not having done more research and not being prepared. He found himself in a precarious position and had only himself to blame. To get out of the mess, he would have to use his own instincts and wits. He would have to be brave and resourceful to get out of this mess.
