Dave was then told to report for questioning. Dave was asked what had happened after they captured the German Shepherd. Dave was mute. He was treated like a suspect. He noticed, out of the corner his eye that a tent was being raised around a drain. Dave was shocked. Dave was shocked. The police were questioning him, even though he had done nothing wrong. As he answered the questions, he felt his palms start to sweat and his heart race. He was so scared and confused that he couldn’t speak.
He tried to make sense of what was happening. He looked around and saw the German Shepherd, the policemen, and the tent. He was afraid to wake up because he felt as if he were in a nightmare. He told the officers he was not involved in the incident, but they did not seem to believe him. He was feeling overwhelmed and felt as if he were being interrogated. He was so scared and confused that he could not think clearly. He tried to make sense of what was happening, but couldn’t. He felt like he had entered a nightmare and was eager to awaken.
