Safety First
A firefighter approached Dave. Dave was told by the firefighter that his co-workers did not want to fall. They didn’t have any prior experience and did not want to put their soldiers at risk. Dave was told that they’d have to wait until a specialist arrived. Dave was not happy with the conclusion. He said that they shouldn’t wait to send a second team. He felt that the situation was urgent and they should act immediately.

Dave was determined to figure out a way to send his team into the drain. He suggested they use a tactic team to go down into the drain. His team had experience and training in dealing with this kind of situation. He said that his team could handle the situation, and that this was the best choice. His team was prepared to risk everything and take a chance. Dave felt strongly about taking action and suddenly decided to go against common sense.
