Gautam Adani is Asia’s wealthiest man and the 10th richest man in the entire world. He founded the Adani Group. Adani is based in India, and his Adani Group owns stakes in some of India’s largest companies. Adani has also invested in the Mumbai International Airport. Gautam’s life has been full of amazing events. He was kidnapped by terrorists in 1997, and he also was at the Taj Hotel, Mumbai, 2008 terror attack. Like many of the richest people in history, Adani is a philanthropist. Adani established the Adani Foundation back in 1996.
