A balding man
“Lauren?! Stacy? “He yelled their names again, but this time his voice was tinged with anger. He went into the living room, and was shocked to see that a man was sitting on the couch with his wife and child. Ben was not there, he was at the table. This was a brand new man. He was bald. Was this the same man as the drawing?
“Lauren?! Stacy? “He yelled louder, echoing throughout the house. He was determined that he would find out who the man was, and why he had entered his house. His fists clenched, he stepped towards the man. As he stared into the man’s eye, he could feel his pulse racing. He was prepared to fight, if necessary. He took a long breath and looked back at him blankly. He felt his anger rise. He was prepared to fight, if necessary.
He asked for answers
Jamie yelled at his wife, “Stacy. Please explain yourself.” I took a nap and when i woke up you and Lauren had gone. Stacy played with her fingers as she looked at her daughter. Stacy stood and walked to Jamie. “Lauren, sweetie, go play in another room.” She seemed sad, or even guilty. She asked him to sit and took his hand.
Jamie loved his wife despite his fears that she had betrayed him while he was away. He wanted to know the truth so he walked with her to the couch. He wanted to know whether she was unfaithful and why. He needed to know whether she loved him or had moved on. He needed to know whether he was wrong to have trusted her or if she was wrong to have broken his trust.
