16. A Little History
Experts have not yet figured out what they are used for. The most plausible theory is that they may have been used as counters or guides by officials and mint workers.
They may be more valuable than other artifacts from the time because of their use by the government. They are valuable not only for their monetary worth but also because of the historical significance.
