Her final decision
Karen decided to keep her child after much thought and deliberation. She was especially determined to keep the child because of what her children thought of the situation. Karen’s children were shocked when she told them about her unexpected pregnancy. They also hesitated to agree with George, their father.
They decided later that they would keep it if it made their parents happy.
The months went by
Karen decided to endure whatever pregnancy would bring her. The due date grew closer as the months passed.
Karen’s pregnancy was harder on her body than with any of her other children. Some days, getting out of bed was difficult.
