Family Love
Karen was thrilled when the family loved the baby right away. George, however, didn’t appear to care. He didn’t seem to care about Karen or the baby.
He was acting like a complete stranger to them all. Karen tried to smile off her worries because she did not want anyone to be alarmed by it, but was getting increasingly worried.
George’s Fixation
While George had not paid much attention Karen, he spent a lot of time fixated on the baby boy. All of that seemed to be gone.
He didn’t even care if he was in his own home, surrounded by family. George handed over the baby to another family member and went for a beer.
